UPDATE 4/18/10: His address was listed as 512 Royal Stewart Court, Saint Johns, Fl when MomWatch first received this notice. Now we see he has moved back into Duval County. Not sure if this Saint Johns address was a temporary one--but he was listed there from February until just recently on April 15th.
